All cancellations must be received in writing to info@skoki.com by the reservation holder and include the reservation confirmation number. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival the full amount is non-refundable. Changes to reservation dates are not permitted within 60 days of the arrival date.
No refunds will be issued by Skoki Lodge for cancellations due to forces beyond our control, including, but not limited to: natural disasters, road or border closures, travel restrictions or advisories, states of emergency, outbreaks, weather, avalanche and/or fire conditions, or government restrictions.
No refunds will be issued by Skoki Lodge if you cancel or miss your trip for any reason, including, but not limited to: delayed or cancelled flights, border delays or closures, travel restrictions or advisories, road delays or closures, personal or business emergencies, injury or illness.
If a guest develops cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, or tests positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of their reservation they must inform Skoki Lodge, and their reservation will be cancelled.
To protect the health and safety of our guests and staff, any guests who displays cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms at check-in will have their stay cancelled, and no refund or credit will be issued.
In the event a guest cancels their reservation the guest may find someone to fill their spot. If the guest is able to find someone to fill their spot, or if Skoki Lodge is able to fill their spot, a credit note will be issued in the amount of the deposit less a $150 administration fee per reservation. If a guest is able to find someone to fill their spot, they are solely responsible for the exchange of any monies. If the spot cannot be filled, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Skoki Lodge strongly recommends all guests purchase a trip insurance policy that covers trip cancellation and interruption. This may be included with your credit card but please contact your credit card provider to confirm your coverage.
Safety in the backcountry is important to the continued operation of the Skoki Lodge. Skoki Lodge and The Lake Louise Ski Resort have no control or responsibility for weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Skoki Lodge reserves the right to cancel any stay at any time without notice. In the event of a cancellation by Skoki Lodge, a credit note valid for two years from the date of cancellation will be issued, or the stay may be deferred to an alternate date. |
